The Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement is seeking qualified applicants for Liquor Enforcement Officer Trainee positions located throughout the Commonwealth.
Liquor Enforcement Officers are responsible for conducting investigations performed through uniformed and undercover operations of licensed or unlicensed liquor establishments throughout the state. They have the power and duty to arrest for violations of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code and specific Crimes Code-related offenses.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Applicant must be at least 20 years of age on or before the date the application is completed.
- Applicant must possess a high school diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) at the time of initial application.
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen at the time of initial application.
- Applicant must possess a valid driver's license from any state upon appointment as a Liquor Enforcement Officer Trainee.
- Applicant must be a resident of Pennsylvania and possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license at the time of graduation
